At Ramona Haus, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at RamonaHaus.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unassembled
  • Include original packaging and all parts
  • Be free from damage, stains, odors, or wear
  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked final sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ramona Haus is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and unable to be canceled.
